The Candle residence project in Erbil is located in the prime area opposite Sami Abdulrahman Park, next to the Rotana Hotel on Gulan Street.

Our project is located opposite the largest green space in Erbil and close to the city center and Erbil International Airport. The surroundings of the project provide residents with beautiful views from all sides.

The vision for the Candle Residence and Kempinski Hotel project in Erbil is to establish it as one of the city’s and Iraq’s most distinguished and iconic landmarks, comparable on a global level. Erbil is a city with a rich history, sustaining life for over 6,000 years, a uniqueness that elevates it internationally. Known as a city of harmony, Erbil has been a place for people of diverse nationalities and religions, a refuge for displaced individuals, and a hub for merchants and caravans. Its significance was recognized in 2014 when it was named the Arab Tourism Capital.

Our project's design draws from Erbil's distinct character, surrounded by tall towers and a central plaza that includes a sports arena. It also features two entrances on the southern and northern sides, essentially dividing the project into two areas: the residential section and the high-rise towers, forming a distinctive urban model of Erbil's skyline. The Candle Residence and Kempinski Hotel project will introduce a new level of elegance and architectural grandeur to Erbil, the capital of the region.
